  • Pet toys showing signs of use, damage, pet saliva, chewing, or excessive wear

  • Used pet beds

  • Pet beds that show signs of wear, stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or washing

  • Pet winter clothing that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Pet harnesses, leads, or collars that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items returned outside the applicable return period

Unused pet toys, pet beds, pet winter clothing, pet harnesses, leads, and collars may be eligible for return if they meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide photographs showing the issue

  • Include your order details

We will review the information provided and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

10. Order Cancellations

If you require a different item, size, or variation, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
